    Instructor Rules

    Requirements

    To become an instructor at Vedic Academy, you must meet the following requirements:

    • Have a strong background in one or more Vedic subjects, such as Vedas, Sanskrit, Yoga, Yagya, and Ayurveda.
    • Must be follower of Arya Samaj and Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati
    • Have a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others.
    • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.
    • Have teaching experience or have completed a recognized teaching course.

    Application Process

    To apply for the position of an instructor at Vedic Academy, please follow these steps:

    1. Prepare a brief introduction about yourself and your expertise in Vedic subjects.
    2. List out your preferred course topic(s) and the level of experience you have.
    3. Include any relevant teaching experience and qualifications, if applicable.
    4. Send these information in the become-a-teacher page on Vedic Academy portal
    5. Additionally, Send an email to hi@vedicacademy.app with the subject line "Instructor Application".
    6. Wait for a response from the Vedic Academy team.

    Selection Process

    Once we receive your application, we will review it and get back to you within two weeks. If your application is selected, you will be contacted for an interview with a member of the Vedic Academy team.

    During the interview, you will be asked about your teaching experience, your approach to teaching, and your knowledge of the subject matter. You will also be asked to provide a brief demonstration of your teaching skills.

    After the interview, we will notify you within one week regarding the status of your application.

    Compensation

    As an instructor at Vedic Academy, you will receive a competitive compensation package, which will vary depending on the course(s) you teach and the level of experience you have. You decide your own course fee and you get paid monthly deducting any commission. If you become our in-house instructor, you will be paid a basic fixed salary as well.

    The compensation package will be discussed during the interview process.
